    1. Enhancing Learning Effectiveness:
      Over 85 per cent of the students revealed that Liberal Studies Online (LSO) assisted them in conducting the social research report.
    2. Facilitating teachers’ professional development and institutionalizing their professional community:
      An online archive of teaching resources was established and workshops, examiner, sharing sessions and teachers’ online forum were held. Over 90 per cent of the respondents indicted that the workshops could assist them in teaching LS and they increased the communication among the teachers.
  2. For organization,
    1. Furthering school development:
      Building a strong tie between schools and CUHK, the programme brings about frequent contact between CUHK and the LS teachers and students.
