  1. For students:
    1. Seminars, visit, talks to the participating teams to facilitate their project work;
    2. Seminar conducted by Expert Committee member to further improve their project presentation.
  2. For Organization :
    1. Public forum attended by the members of the Expert Committee, members of the Organizing Committee and students & teachers of the participating teams. The Expert Committee will present the format of public policy research projects and an overview of the specific areas.
    2. Award Presentation Ceremony and Exhibition.
Actual
  1. 學生方面：
    1. 入選隊伍簡報會及評判評論，對參賽者提供意見。
  2. 機構方面：
    1. 公開介紹會，讓專家顧問委員會成員與參加者見面及交流；
    2. 展覽會及頒獎禮，在會場展覽出入選總決賽的作品；
    3. 官員及重要委員會主席接見並聆聽有關隊伍的政策建議；
    4. 學校巡迴展覽。
