    4. Workshop on school-based evaluation and action research.
    5. Workshop on developmental staff appraisal.
    6. School-based workshops or (school-wide) seminars related to challenge areas such as curriculum and instruction for addressing individual differences, extra-curricular activities, counselling and discipline, home-school co-operation and information technology.
    7. Review and evaluation of the achievements of working targets. Sharing project experiences with other school.

    1. 教師工作坊，包括課程改革工作坊、學校文化及遠景建立工作坊、中層管理工作坊及學生、教師工作坊。

    1. 校際交流會及工作坊，讓學校與學校間的同工能夠互相交流。

    1. 家長工作坊，加強家長與教師之間的溝通。
  5. 機構方面：
    1. 到成員學校進一次情勢檢討工作，及開展教與學計劃，主題包括學科教學、課程統整、專題研習、服務學習等；
    2. 舉辦教育交流團和海外講座，提供機會讓各地的教育工作者觀摩其他地區的教育狀況；
    3. 課程領導發展計劃，協助教師瞭解課程領導的角色；
    4. 通過分享會、交流會、優質教育基金展覽會分享經驗。
