  1. 機構方面：
    1. 舉辦公開的香港公共政策創意論文比賽；
    2. 舉行「香港公共政策研討會」；
    3. 安排研討會、參觀訪問和小組討論。
Actual
  1. For Organization:
    1. Public Seminar was held to introducing the idea of public policy research work.
    2. Various government departments and the relevant organizations were visited for the collection of information and materials.
    3. 23 teams of the Secondary School Section and 30 teams of the Young Adult Section were selected to appear before the Expert Committee for more intensive screening and exchange of views.
    4. 5 teams of the Secondary School Section and 5 teams of the Young Adult Section presented their Projects before the Adjudication Committee and in front of the media at a Press Conference.
    5. An Award Presentation Ceremony was held. There were presentations of the winning teams and also an exhibition of their research projects.
