  1. 機構方面：
    1. 第一次研討會：介紹有關是項計劃的活動詳情；
    2. 第二次研討會：由個別學校發表調查習作的進度報告
    3. 第三次研討會：由個別學校已完成的調查習作報告及結果，並將各個習作結果在公佈後於各學校作巡迴展覽。
    4. 工作坊：於三個研討會前後舉行，為期一天或半天之工作坊，為參與的同學供更詳盡的協助及訓練。

  1. For Organizer:
    1. Seminar 1: Ms Lo Kit-mui, Dr lui Tai-lok and Mr Tik Chi-yuen were invited to delever a speech for the secondary school teachers and students.
    2. Workshop 1: Dr Chung Siu-fung was invited to give a lecture on research methodology while Mr Chow Kwong-pok introduced the web-CATI technology to the participants.
    3. Workshop 2: Dr Lau Kin-nam was invited to deliver a lecture on questionnaire design and data analysis to the participants. Some postgraduate tutors were invited from the University of Hong Kong to lead some group discussions with students based their selected topics.
    4. Seminar 2: Dr Sze Man-hung, Dr. Cheung Kwai-yeung and Miss Tan Beng-eng were invited as guest speakers.
    5. Post-Seminar 2 Workshop: Students were assisted to design their questionnaire and transform their instruments into web-CATI compatible format. They were also briefed on the basic skills of interviewing.
    6. Seminar 3: Mr. Frederick Ho Wing-Huen were invited as guest of honor and gave a keynote speech.
